The Hourglass...50L-250L shapes/custom shapes under 31 days, free shape

Hey all....I have been toying with the idea of creating modifiable affordable shapes. Times are tough, and secondly I think everyone should be able to afford lookin' fabulous in sl, as well as rl, but that is a whole different matter. So for people under 31 days old Im me, and I will happily dole out 1 free shape to you. Therefore all the shapes I will create in the future will be 50l, and will go up to 250l, if you want a variety of shapes with the same face...taller, shorter, prim, non prim skirt...you get the gist. You also get the styling cards, the pics have been modified so contact me in world...for a demo... Chloe Thirdborn
Shapes...are so important in sl, they go hand in hand with skins, as newb's you quickly realize that you can drop 1000l and upwards on gorgeous skins, but if you still have a shape you arent in to...the skin is just not going to look as good. Models, definetly know the importance of shape, it is what makes you stand out, when basically everyone has access to the same skins in sl...
I am relatively new to shape making, but to be honest I like pretty but realistic looks. I have like one modely shape, that aint giraffe, but I like female shapes to look like females...so if your boobs are like a size d, and are standing at full attention, you are either a dude...or your not aware of adjusting the gravity level on your shape.
I am also available for custom, the shape below I did based off my friend, though, it would be easiest with custom if you either had a skin and a look in mind... Custom shapes will run between 250l-500l depending on the number of shapes you would like, for instance one smiling, one not...etc. I am also open to pregnant woman, who like their shape, and dont want to use default pregnancy shapes.
Most of the shapes below take real women into account...though I hope to increase variety.
Here they are.
Alina-based on rl friend, she comes in curvy and lean...super tall, with a gorgeous unique nose
Penelope-petite
Lyric- youthful petite, low curvage, a cup people
Mia-regular shape gal like medium height a size 10 or 12 in rl she has curves for days
Lelaani- Baby got back
Cuo- super cute, petite, squared jaw, innocent eyes, and cupie lips
Adele-on the taller side, curvaliscious women, she kinda reminds me of Adele the singer
Jala-The model...tallllll, legs for days, lean.

Alina based on an ol' rl friend Alina.

Boots...Thankya Jesus

Okay I think it is safe to say that I am probably only going to turn out two blog entries a month. Yes I know I suck...but being a new blogger, it is hard to get into a rhythm, sometimes. Yesterday I was feeling tres blase, and when I feel a bit...blechhh, like any girl I
like to shop.

So my next thought...was where to go. I think the coolest thing about Sl is the fashion creativity that is all around us. However often times I find myself drawn to things I would war in real life...sad I know, but hey sometimes I don antler's etc, so I am breaking out of my box.

I headed into Coco, and had to turn around and go right to the bank. I will tell you what got me all worked up...the boots. As any urban dwelling woman will tell you black...is essential, and boots, well also essential. I love all the boots I scooped up for a few reasons. a) They are super wearable meaning my ass aint gonna have to go boot shoppin for a whole year, yes I am one of those girls who lives in boots...the same ones normally. b) They come with a hud, that makes sizing easy to manipulate. c) There isnt any wearability weirdness meaning that your foot is hanging out depending on the angle. d) No sticker shock, all the boots were under 450l...cuz...So here come the pics. My whole outfit is Coco, Skin is Lelutka Eclat Makeup 3, and Hair is Maitreya. Lashes Glow Studio, Eyes Poetic Colors, and all poses were by Lap.
1st pic..Coco's riding boots
2nd pic...Coco's over the knee boots
3rd pic...Coco's lace up work boots
4th pic... Coco's zip up boot
Hmm....for some odd reason I can not copy a slurl at the moment... please search the stores listed above, most i have the lm's in other blog entries, if you just scroll through...

Trying to get lost at sea

Just took random shots, while waiting for a friend of mine who was working on a rezzed boat. Our mission was to get lost at sea...but we kinda fell flat, on the plus side, I got totake a few pics. I am starting to get into a whole kinda tomboyish look at the moment...hmmm maybe I will go shopping soon. I love when a new style gets into your mind, and spurs a shopping spree.

Hello People! How is everyone? Yes, I have fallen off the diligent blogger wagon. I have nothin but love and respect for those who blog multiple times aday. Unfortunately for myself, I am neither witty enough, nor photographically talented enough to bust out more than three posts a week. Plus you know there is RL, and that can always get into the way. I have not just been being lazy, cross my heart, I recently acquired a Homestead Sim, and have been trying to figure out what to do with it. I bought the sim, about four weeks ago...drum roll please, and have finally furnished my house. Thank you, Thank you. So I thought I would take a few pics, in celebration of the event and will take more, I am sure in the future. I love taking pics, practice practice practice, may get me up to four postings a week. I think that landscaping, interior design, and architecture, are what make SL freakin amazing, and for creatively challenged people like myself it makes you feel as though "you have created something".

I found this great low prim house, the designer has several modfiable low prim builds, as in under 100l and if you need a little cottage, or want to go all out with a haunted house. I wanted a home that looked one way on the outside and totally different on the inside, I spent days looking at barns etc, but I have to say for the price, the quality and low primmage I recommend this builder. I have two super cool neighbors on the homestead, and might take some pics of there homes another time, if they let me.

I decided to write this post, because I feel like home and garden stuff is overlooked sometimes in SL when it comes to blogging. If you are like me and my friend Vik, blog whores I mean... often times we can only consult the fabulous and divine Elle Kirshner (hope I spelled it right, owner and Blogger of SecondSpaces, I litterally bow down to her in my most perfect Garth pose from Wayne and Garth, and say I am so not worthy), and when you are looking for home furnishings etc...well I check the Second Spaces Blog, and that's about it.

Here are the Slurls, any particular questions just send me a message

The Slurl's

Both of these stores are freakin incredible.

NotsoBad, has hq textured furniture, with great menu's so you can change and customize your look...if you want to have a decadent warm look in your home, run now...get that wallet open though, and I highly recommend if you get the curtains, which add so much demension to the house, just shell out for the copyable, they change size, color, they can solve world peace.

BelleBelle is so freakin affordable, has great group gifts...the fantasy store...is

is crazy goodness, and where I picked up most of my stuff....The Marakesch set, and the Steampunk set, but she has a neko set, and some other period pieces, so head on over to atleast be inspired.
The Builds by Camellia Llewyn.
*her stuff is so affordable all under 400L and.... LOW PRIM!

Beaded Curtain, which I love and makes me feel like I am a teenager again...that was only like 5 years ago, okay more like 10. Head on over and check out their merchandise, if you have been hunting and hunting for something to add to your home decor wise...but aren't sure where to get it, it might just be at Kunstkammer
Fireplace in bedroom
Tiki Tattoo made Hatzfeld Runo, If you have a tropical beach sim, check this man's stuff out.

The Umbrella Stand
The lighting by Raquel Gagliano, and you can find her super affordable low primmy morrocaney lights at
The Textures
Textures r us - flooring ...Look on slexchange or google them and look at their website, I repeat do not go to the store unless you have a high powered computer, looks at her piddly lap top. If you do not follow my advice be ready to deal with rezzing frustration to the ultimate degree.
Distressed textures- for the walls, yes they do make a home http://slurl.com/secondlife/Ares%20Aglaia/110/103/54 you can also search Distressed on slexchange, because if you are a multi task shopper you have your slexchange a goin, while you are shopping for other things in sl.
THE ARTWORK
And Last but not least... The artwork, I mentioned is by a friend of mine named Aruba DeCuir in SL, her work is not only amazing, but brings life to any room, it can go with all sort of decor and adds that added specialness. Aruba is an incredible generous, passionate, talented and focused tour de force, and I would highly...highly...recommend her pieces for a grunge loft, a carribean home, or a little morrocan inspired spooky cottage, like mine. Her pieces are beyond reasonably priced despite the care and time she takes in crafting each one, her goal like any true artist, is to reach people, and that she does...
I will feature Aruba's artwork in a new post sometime this week, she also is a landowner, and has a wealth of knowledge reguarding Home and Garden stuff here in SL.

Chloe's got a gun

So... Since I have returned recently to SL, and have been trying to explore as much as possible. I got the oddest notion that perhaps I should take a shot at RP in Second Life. I chose to explore the Lost City, as well as one of it's sims Judgement, which a friend of mine recommended. The Lost City, is gorgeous, and a great place to takeh industrial, or post apolyptic shots. One thing I must say is that RP'ers in Second Life have such amazing personal style. I would have taking pics, but was a bit of afraid...maybe for another post I might try to take pics of the creative stylings of these individuals.

I must say, that even though I enjoy aspects of roleplay, I suck at combat. If you see my ass...in a pool of blood please drag me to the hospital. Another thing I have noticed is that it is darn hard to do is to actually break into a tight knit rp group...so if you see me wandering around your Sim, feel free to say hello. For all you old timer rp'ers out there it is hard being new, kinda like walking in to school as a transfer student, some people are immediately are accepted, others like me feel inheritantly dorky, but I swear we have inner coolnes...somewhere.

Okay here is the look if your interested

Being Free in Freyr

Hello there, it is just me sitting on this amazing swing I found at -:Attiteutude:- and writing this. I am sure tons of people are familiar with the store...but it is absolutely amazing. I went into a bit of a buying frenzy. The creator Amby Parkin, is not only incredibly talented but also super generous, she sent me a gift after I left with all my purchases in hand. I think that this type of personal touch is super nice as a consumer, makes ya feel a little bit special. Plus I think it is so dope that all of her work is great quality for beyond reasonable prices. Second Life is a place to have fun, and I love designers, who don't force you to break the bank in order to enjoy their amazing creations.

Speaking of which in the first photo I am sitting in a chair you can find in mudshake... One of my favorite stores and Sims. Before I found the lovely land behind me I would come there just to think. Not to be totally shameless, but if you are into a woodland theme, that is very sweet, with a touch of whimsy contact me in world. I know I am HORRIBLE. ; )
Okay so here for the Slurl's and the look

Comfortably Slackin

Hi all. This is my first post so please bare with me.

The formatting is a bit tragic, but hopefully I will figure it out...I know it isn't rocket science, but you know we all have our talents. So this outfit was inspired by three things.

First off the amazing Go Grey posts from so many talented bloggers, I am a survivor so any way we can sprea awareness I am
totally down with.

Secondly, I have recently returned to Second Life and am still finding myself here...and catching up with all of the new stores, new content, and new bloggers. You all are an inspiration and invaluable for information. Therefore my outfit is comprised of many items of recently blogged stores.

Thirdly, I am so ready for cool weather. I am a fall and spring girl, plus I love seeing all the new collections. Below is a full body pic and styling slurls.
